Psalms 51:8-13,17 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee. 17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
The music of Michael Williams Sr. and Brokevessel 51 Productions, is all about coming back into intimacy with the Father. A Broken heart and a contrite spirit, He will not despise! The music that we as artist of praise and worship, present to the Father should be more than just music with a catchy beat or clever lyrics, it should be music birthed out of our alone time with the Lord and from our times of sufferings, pruning's, trials and test, so that when it comes forth it has the anointing along with His word, to free those that are taken captive by the enemy and bound with addictions, depressions, oppressions and many other bondages, we have that unction from the Holy Spirit of God!
